How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
Express Shipping: 2 to 5 business days

How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can check the delivery status.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, you may request a change or cancellation by contacting our customer support team as soon as possible.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.

Can I return a product?

Yes. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Do sale or promotional items qualify for returns?

Yes. Sale, promotional and discounted items are eligible for return within the 30-day return period, as long as they meet our return conditions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Are the products true to the images?

We work to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings or device differences.
