Delivery Address

Zareli is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address details provided by the customer.

Undelivered Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

The recipient being unavailable
Failure to collect the parcel

The customer may be responsible for any reshipping or return costs.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
