5. Prices and Charges

Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices for customers in the United Kingdom are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Product prices and any mandatory charges known in advance will be displayed clearly before purchase. The total amount payable to Zareli Active will be shown at checkout before you submit the order.

Zareli Active provides:

Free Standard Delivery on eligible UK orders.
Optional Express Delivery for an additional charge displayed before payment.

Zareli Active covers applicable customs duties and import charges associated with delivering an order to the United Kingdom. Customers should not be required to pay unexpected customs duties, import taxes or handling charges when the order arrives.

We may update prices at any time before an order is accepted. Price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

6. Placing an Order

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

Before submitting the order, you will have an opportunity to review:

7. Order Acceptance and Cancellation by Zareli Active

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:

Payment cannot be authorised.
Information provided is incomplete or incorrect.
We identify suspected fraud or misuse.
There is an obvious pricing, promotional or product-information error.
Delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the address provided.
The order does not satisfy the conditions of a promotion.
The order breaches these Terms or applicable law.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot accept, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method without undue delay.

We will not charge a higher amount than the total accepted at checkout without contacting you and obtaining your express agreement.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

8. Payment

You must provide valid and accurate payment information.

Payments are processed through authorised third-party providers, including PayPal, card processors and any other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment may be subject to:

Zareli Active is not responsible for delays caused solely by bank processing or payment-provider verification. However, we will provide reasonable assistance where a payment issue affects an order.

9. Promotions and Buy More, Save More

From time to time, Zareli Active may offer promotional discounts, including our Buy More, Save More promotion.

Where Buy More, Save More is active, the current qualifying products, discount levels and promotional conditions will be clearly displayed on the relevant product or collection pages and in our Buy More, Save More Promotional Terms.

For the current leggings promotion:

1 eligible legging — 20% off
2 eligible leggings — 25% off each eligible legging
3 or more eligible leggings — 30% off each eligible legging

Eligible styles, colours and sizes may be mixed, subject to availability.

The qualifying discount is applied automatically in the bag or at checkout. No discount code is required.

The promotion applies only to leggings clearly identified as eligible. Products outside the eligible leggings collection do not qualify unless expressly stated otherwise.

Unless expressly permitted:

Promotional discounts cannot be combined with another discount or promotion.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively after an order has been completed.
Promotional availability is subject to the dates, products and conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

If a promotional order is partially returned, the value of the products retained may be recalculated according to the promotional tier that would apply to those retained eligible products.

Any resulting refund adjustment will be explained in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and the promotional terms applicable when the order was placed.

Nothing in any promotion limits your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

10. Other Discount Codes and Promotions

Other discount codes and promotions may be subject to:

Customer restrictions.

Availability.
Restrictions on combining offers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

Only one discount may be applied to an order.
Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been completed.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.
Discounts do not apply retrospectively to previous purchases.
Promotional availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

We may correct or withdraw a promotion for future orders where there is an obvious error, technical failure, fraud or misuse.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly confirm otherwise.

Where Zareli Active arranges the carrier, products remain our responsibility until they come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive them.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, unusually high demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section removes our delivery obligations or your statutory rights concerning delayed, lost or undelivered orders.

12. Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please check:

House or flat number.
Street name.
Town or city.
Postcode.
Telephone number or other contact information.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

Reasonable redelivery or return costs may apply where delivery fails solely because the customer:

Provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
Refused delivery.
Failed to collect the parcel after reasonable notice.

Any additional charge will be communicated before redelivery is arranged.

13. Order Changes and Cancellations

If we can cancel the order before dispatch, we will refund the amount paid, including any paid delivery charge.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory right to withdraw an offer before a contract is formed or your cancellation rights after a contract has been formed.

14. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Rights

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Zareli Active offers a 30-calendar-day return period, beginning on the day the order is delivered, provided that the applicable return conditions are met.

Customers in the United Kingdom purchasing online generally have the right to:

Notify us of cancellation within 14 calendar days beginning on the day after delivery.
Return the products within a further 14 calendar days.
Receive the appropriate refund within the period required by applicable law.

During the cancellation period, products may be handled and tried on only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, size and fit.

A reasonable deduction may be made where unnecessary handling has reduced the product’s value.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct return cost. Zareli Active does not charge a restocking fee.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers seeking another size, colour or product must return the original product and place a new order.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products.

15. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Has a manufacturing fault.
Arrives damaged.
Is materially different from its description.
Is different from the product ordered.
Is missing from the delivery.

We may request photographs or other reasonable information to investigate the matter where appropriate.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, the available remedy may include:

A refund.
A replacement.
A repair.
A price reduction.
Another appropriate resolution.

Zareli Active will cover the reasonable return cost or provide an appropriate return method where a product is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights.

Photographs and videos.

Page layouts.
Branding and logos.
Trade names.

is owned by Zareli Active, licensed to us or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.
