Zareli offers free Standard Delivery on orders to the United Kingdom.

Express Delivery is optional and has an additional cost. The Express Delivery price will be displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Customers will not be required to pay unexpected customs duties, import taxes or handling charges when their order arrives.

We may update product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot accept, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method without undue delay.

We will not charge a higher price than the amount shown at checkout without contacting you and obtaining your agreement.

• No discount code is required
• You may mix eligible colours and sizes, subject to availability
• Each size must be selected separately
• The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit
• The offer cannot be combined with another discount unless expressly stated
• The offer applies only during the promotional period shown on the website

If the discount does not appear after two eligible sets have been added, please contact us before completing the order.

Returns involving promotional products are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

To receive a full refund for a Buy 1 Set, Get 1 Free order, both sets must be returned. If only one set is returned, the promotion will be recalculated based on the set retained.

A set received free as part of the promotion does not have a separate cash refund value.
